Join us in Dorchester for a welcoming Half Marathon and 10km running event around the historic county town of Dorset.
Starting and finishing at Dorchester Cricket Club, the route is mainly on pavements and cycle paths, giving runners an enjoyable way to experience the town and surrounding area in a friendly event atmosphere.
The course is designed to be accessible and enjoyable for a wide range of abilities. Whether you're chasing a time, building towards a new goal, or simply looking for a relaxed and memorable day of running, this event offers a great mix of town scenery, support and local character.
Runners, walkers and jeffers are welcome.
Not everyone wants or values a medal, so we've made it optional. You can choose to enter with or without one.
To receive a finisher's medal, you need to enter by 4 September. This is the cut-off date for us to place the medal order.
Entries remain open after this date, but late entrants will take part without a medal.
Parking for the event is at Fairfield car park. You must pay for parking.
There is no parking at the venue or start/finish location.

The routes are marked, but signs can occasionally be moved. We recommend downloading the route to your phone or navigation device.
Marshals will be located at course splits where applicable.
There is no formal cut-off for this event.
Runners on all routes must return to the event venue by 14:00 or be collected by the broom wagon.
Please note we do not supply gels. We cannot guarantee products are free from nuts, gluten or wheat. If you have specific food needs, please carry your own supplies.
