Common Questions

Your bib number is collected on the morning of the event at registration. Nothing comes in the post.

Yes, all our events are timed, but the timing is done manually via an app, so it is important that your race number is clearly visible at all times.

You can run in any type of trainers. We will update each event with our suggestion before the event starts.

The level of work to ensure you get a good event doesn’t change from route to route. Examples include all the pre-event work, course laying of signs and support on course. We also ensure the quality of medal is the same across all routes, so we keep price parity for any route distance. This is only applicable to some events.

After you have collected your number from registration, just wait for your event start time. If you want to run with friends, collect your numbers together and start at the appropriate time.

We are not always in the office. 95% of our time is spent checking routes or preparing for events. The best way to contact us is via email at admin@inertiaevents.co.uk.

An admin fee is charged to carry out any type of administration. This mainly applies to corrections or changes to your entry after you have entered. The admin fee is £7.44.

You can change your route up to and including during the run, as long as we know so we can adjust the results.
